The Red Bluff Public Works Department is hoping to improve the traffic flow near the intersection of Walnut and Jackson Streets.
At Tuesday night's city council meeting, Public Works Director Bruce Henz will be presenting plans to re-program the existing traffic lights into a four-way flashing red light signal. The light was switched after a signal pole was damaged in a car crash.
Red Bluff residents say they have been waiting for some improvements for months. At peak traffic times cars routinely spend a lot of time waiting to move through the intersection.
