Red Bluff man arrested for exposing himself to kids in Corning

A Red Bluff man is behind bars for allegedly exposing himself to children in Corning. Police were called out to the area of Woodson Park around 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning. A woman reported that a man exposed himself to her, and her two daughters, while they were walking to school. Officers pulled over a grey Scion on Solano Street that matched the description of a suspect vehicle in connection with another incident that happened on March 6th. The driver, Dustin Hill, 31, was identified as the same man that flashed the victims earlier as well as two young girls during the March 6th incident. Hill was arrested and booked into the Tehama County Jail.
