Sunny and warm weather returned to the North State on Wednesday. Look for this to continue through the weekend, with a few record highs possible tomorrow!
High pressure is back, and so is the sunny and warm weather. We also had a breezy north wind today, but that will diminish overnight and shouldn't return through the weekend.
So we're left with sunny skies and very warm weather to finish off March. High pressure will be strong enough that a few record highs are possible tomorrow, especially in the mountains. The ridge will weaken a bit this weekend (thanks to a few disturbances passing to our north), but we'll still be 10 to 15 degrees above average through Monday.
