During a probation check at 21500 Limberlost Ln. in Anderson the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office and the Shasta County Probation Department discovered stolen property that included two flatbed trailers, a riding lawn mower, construction equipment and personal effects from several victims in Shasta County.

Deputies were at the location January 29 to conduct probation checks on Kenneth Williams, 42, who was on Post Release Community Supervision stemming from felony drug charges, William Dunlap, 44, on probation for a felony assault charge and Nancy Dunlap, 42, on probation for drug charges.

During the initial search, William Dunlap was arrested for a probation violation, but Williams and Nancy Dunlap were not at the location.

Yesterday deputies responded to the residence attempting to locate Kenneth Williams and Dunlap. When they arrived both suspects refused to exit the home. Eventually Dunlap exited and was taken into custody, and after another hour Williams surrendered without incident.

Deputies conducted another search of the home yesterday and found additional stolen property and methamphetamine.

The stolen property recovered from the residence over the course of both searches has been linked to four separate residential burglaries in the south county area.

Dunlap and Kenneth Williams were arrested and booked into the Shasta County Jail and additional charges are pending.
