WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama will hold a news conference this afternoon on the historic nuclear agreement with Iran that the president is now trying to sell to Congress and world leaders.
Many lawmakers on Capitol Hill are skeptical that the accord will stop Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon.
Yesterday, Obama spent much of the day phoning leaders in Europe and the Middle East.
And today he's sending Vice President Joe Biden to Capitol Hill to meet with Democrats.
