At least one person has been reported as seriously injured and multiple PG&E customers are without power following a car crash on Cloverdale Road in Happy Valley.

The driver of a white Volkswagen Jetta hit a power pole and jumped a fence ending up in a backyard. The driver and passenger, a minor, were transported to local hospitals with injuries. Emergency crews at the scene said one person was seriously injured.

PG&E crews are at the scene and are working to replace the power pole. A spokesperson for PG&E said power has been restored to the majority of customers who suffered outages, but at least three customers will be without power until 4:00 p.m.

While PG&E crews work to restore power, one lane of Cloverdale Road will remain closed.
