Pleasant Valley High School wins $50,000 athletic training grant

Pleasant Valley High School was one of fifteen school's across the country Tuesday to win a $50,000 grant towards the development of athletic training programs. It comes courtesy of the NFL Foundation, the National Athletic Trainers Association, Gatorade, and the Professional Football Athletic Trainers Society.

This will be a big boost for PV, as they plant to use the money to hire a full-time credentialed athletic trainer. The grant contest was launched back in October.
