Planned Parenthood to testify before Congress

WASHINGTON (AP) - Planned Parenthood will make its first congressional appearance today since the release of undercover videos.

In prepared testimony, Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards says the organization's donation of tissue from aborted fetuses is a "minuscule" part of its work proving health services for women.

An abortion opponent obtained the videos by posing as an executive of a fake company seeking to supply fetal tissue to researchers.
