A vicious four-year drought has forced Gov. Jerry Brown to impose mandatory water restrictions for the first time in California history.
The new restrictions mean nearly every California resident will be impacted by the drought.
In the North State farmers are in survival mode after receiving hardly any federal water for the second year in a row, but for some people the severity of this drought cannot be felt without being seen firsthand.
