BOSTON (AP) - Jurors will begin hearing evidence today in the penalty phase of the Boston Marathon bombing trial.
The jury earlier this month found Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (joh-HAHR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv) guilty of all 30 charges against him.
Tsarnaev's lawyers are expected to continue portraying his older brother as the mastermind of the attack.
They say Tsarnaev doesn't deserve the death penalty because he was a 19-year-old heavily influenced by his domineering brother, who was killed during the manhunt.
