Paradise police are searching for two men accused of stabbing a third man at a home on South Libby Road, and officials say they should be considered armed and dangerous.

Police were called to the Feather River Hospital after a stab victim arrived a little before 3 a.m. Monday.

After speaking with the victim, who is expected to survive, the investigation shifted to a home in the 5400 Block of South Libby Road, where officers found evidence linking Stephen Masterson, 25, and Franklin William Bounds, 19, to the stabbing.

On Thursday, police obtained an arrest warrant for both men, who are believed to still be in the Paradise area.

Masterson is approximately 6 feet tall, about 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has “Joshua” tattooed on his neck.

Bounds is also around 6 feet tall, about 175 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Both men should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information on their whereabouts should call the Paradise Police Department at 530-872-6241.
