Paradise Police arrest a man wanted for elder abuse after he is spotted charging at passing vehicles on Clark Road. Justin Todd, 27, was located on a bus bench in front of 6432 Clark Road about 3:35pm. Police recognized him from prior contacts as Justin Neville. He had an outstanding felony warrant for felony elder abuse and resisting arrest in Butte County. Neville was asked to step away from the roadway and was escorted to the lawn in front of the business. Once in front of the business, officers went to put him in handcuffs, that's when officers say he resisted. Neville and officers fought for a couple of minutes before they were able to handcuff him. All involved received minor cuts and bruises. Police say he continued to resist, so officers restrained him in the W.R.A.P. restraint device before transporting him to the Butte County Jail for a number of charges, including elder abuse and resisting arrest.
