The Town of Paradise is making it easy for first-time buyers looking to get into the housing market.
Paradise was recently awarded a $1 million grant for low-income mortgage assistance. This comes on the heels of a $700,000 grant it received for low-income housing remodeling.
The best part: These loans do not have to be paid back until the houses are sold.
Once the houses are sold, the money goes back to the city where it will be used for other loans.
To find out if you qualify, contact the city’s housing coordinator.
