UPDATE: All lanes of Interstate 5 northbound have reopened after a big rig overturned and blocked traffic for over 3 hours.
Interstate 5 traffic is at a standstill just south of Orland after a big rig crashed in the southbound lane and then rolled all the way into northbound lanes.
The accident was reported at 4:35 p.m. and happened near County Road 16. According to the California Highway Patrol, there is no estimated time of clearing. Drivers are being detoured at County Road 16 and anyone traveling in the area can expect heavy congestion and delays.
No injuries have been reported and no other vehicles were involved.
