A suspected serial killer who preyed on Portland, Oregon prostitutes in the 1980s has been linked to at least four different homicides and may be responsible for other unsolved deaths, police announced Friday.
Homer Lee Jackson, 55, was booked into the Multnomah County jail late Friday morning and was held without bail.
He was charged with multiple counts of aggravated murder in connection with the deaths of Essie Jackson, Tonja Harry, Angela Anderson and Latanga Watts.
