The California Highway Patrol Arrested 31-year old David Joseph Pedersen and his 24-year girlfriend Holly Grigsby this afternoon. The couple were found driving in a stolen 1999 plymouth breeze that belonged to one of their alleged victims, 19-year old Oregon resident Cody myers. Myers' body was found late Tuesday in a wooded area in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Evidence shows Myers' death was not accidental.
Both Pedersen and Grigsby are also suspected of killing Pedersen's stepmother, 69-year old Leslie Pedersen, who was found dead September 28th in Everett Washington with her hands tied with duct tape and a bloody pillow wrapped around her head. Pedersens father is also still missing. The couple have been on the run since September. Pedersen has a criminal history dating back to 1997.
