Temperatures will continue to be very hot across the north state for your Monday afternoon, but there will be some very welcome changes ahead for those working outside later this week. Valley temperatures are starting off in the mid 60's to low 70's this morning, but will climb into the mid to high 90's this afternoon.
Humidity values will not drop as low today, and are expected to bottom out between 25 to around 35 percent this afternoon. There will be a slight chance for some sprinkles throughout the moroning, as clouds begin to filter back into the region. Winds will shift, and strenghten througout your Monday as well. You can expect North winds to 10mph this morning, and Southeast winds to 10mph this afternoon, with gusts up to around 25mph.
Temperatures will fall from the mid to high 90's to start the week, to the low to mid 80's by Thursday. There will also be another chance for light showers on the way for the valley on Wednesday, as well as Thursday.
