DALLAS (AP) - A Texas teenager who'd received probation for a drunken wreck that killed four people has reportedly been detained in Mexico.

Ethan Couch disappeared with his mother after video surfaced suggesting he may have consumed alcohol, which would violate the terms of his probation.

At trial, defense lawyers argued Couch suffered from what they called "affluenza" because he'd been coddled by his wealthy parents.

He could go to prison for up to 10 years if found to have violated his probation by drinking.
