SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Northern California is getting lashed by a second wet and windy storm that has the potential to take down trees and power lines.
Rain was falling on Sunday morning in San Francisco and across the Bay Area, where wind gusts of 45 miles per hour were forecast.
San Francisco International Airport officials said 59 flights had been canceled as of around 9 a.m. and inbound flights were experiencing delays of up to 60 minutes.
The storm was expected to drop as much as 3 inches of rain in coastal hills before moving out on Monday afternoon.
It comes two days after a similar storm hit the region, taking down trees and power lines and also causing delays at San Francisco's airport.
