Cooler temperatures, and milder weather is ahead for most of the north state in your Wednesday forecast. However, we are tracking showers, and thunderstorms through the Northern Mountains this morning. The active conditions should persist over the next few hours, before diminishing this afternoon.
Temperatures are starting out in the low to mid 60's in the valley, and will only climb into the low to mid 80's for your afternoon. Mountain areas are starting out in the mid 40's to mid 50's, and will be in the mid 70's to low 80's later on today. Winds will gust to around 20mph out of the South for the valley this afternoon.
Skies will be clearing out later in the day, and the partly cloudy conditions will give way to mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will slowly rebound late week, but are still expected to stay at or below average through your weekend. I hope everyone enjoys this cooler weather, and has a wonderful Wednesday!
