The driver who killed 19-year-old Haley McMahan last October in a DUI crash will be sentenced Friday, April 8th.
21-year-old Andrew Reenan pleaded guilty in October to vehicular manslaughter in charges stemming from the crash that also injured 19-year-old Tyler Burns.
Reenan was driving under the influence when he crashed his Toyota Camry near the Sierra Nevada Brewery last October.
Haley's mother Maria McMahan has been coping with the loss of her daughter for the past six months.
McMahan says she's not looking for revenge, but she hopes Reenan gets the maximum sentencing.
Reenan faces more than a decade behind bars.
McMahan has formed a support group called healing hearts for all parents who have lost a child.
She says she has to keep talking about what happened, and about her daughter, to keep Haley McMahan a part of her daily life.
