Mostly sunny skies, and very warm temperatures are ahead for the north state in your Monday forecast. Temperatures are starting out in the low to mid 50's in the valley, and in the low 30's to mid 40's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the mid 80's to low 90's in the valley, and into the low 70's to mid 80's in the mountains. Winds will mostly be out of the North to 10mph, but mountain areas will most likely have those 10mph winds out of the Northeast.
There will be a gradual cooling trend arriving across the region on Tuesday. High temperatures are expected to climb into the mid 80's for the valley, and mostly 70'sin the mountains. High temperatures will then top out in the low 80's on Wednesday, and high 70's on Thursday in the valley. Skies will stay mostly sunny on Wednesday, and will then become partly cloudy on Thursday.
Showers are projected to return to the region on Friday, and temperatures will top out in the high 60's for the valley. There will continue to be potential for more showers ahead for this weekend, with mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will climb back into the low to mid 70's in the valley this weekend. I hope everyone is ready for another hot afternoon ahead for the north state, and has a marvelous Monday!
