Mostly dry weather is ahead in your Tuesday forecast, with only a slight chance of light showers lingering across the region. Temperatures will also warm into the mid 60's for the valley this afternoon, and winds will be light. The next wet system looks to return to the coastal areas tonight, and will slowly spread into the interior of Northern California through Wednesday afternoon. The approaching system looks to be relatively warm, and will leave snow levels above 8000 feet on Wednesday, but those could dip to as low as 5500 feet by Thursday afternoon. Showers will diminish late Thursday, and leave the north state with sunny, and warmer conditions on Friday. Image courtesy of the National Weather Service Sacramento.
