Mostly cloudy skies, a decent chance of scattered showers, and the potential for thunderstorms are all ahead for the valley today. Mostly cloudy conditions have taken hold of the region overnight, and the chance for showers looks to return later this morning. The wet weather will not be very impressive, and is expected to be hit or miss depending on where you are in the valley. The best potential for thunderstorms will be down in Sacramento, and to the South. Valley temperatures have mostly dropped into the low to mid 40's overnight, and will only climb into the low to mid 60's this afternoon. Winds will not be very strong, and are only projected to be out of the North, and East up to 10mph. Humidity values will stay at or above 80 percent throughout the day. Your Monday morning sunrise is set for 6:39am, and sunset will be at 6:00pm.
Dry, and warmer conditions will return to the region in your Tuesday forecast. Temperatures will continue to warm through the end of the week, with high 60's to mid 70's ahaed by Friday.
