There are new details in the deadly child abuse case involving the woman who allegedly killed two young children and hid the bodies in a Redding storage unit.
Tami Huntsman, 39, one of two defendants in the case, is pregnant.
The Monterey County Sheriff Office has confirmed that Huntsman is now under special medical treatment at the jail because she is pregnant.
Huntsman and boyfriend, 17-year-old Gonzalo Curiel are awaiting trial, accused of murdering 3-year-old Delylah and 6-year-old Shaun Tara. They are also accused of abusing the children's 9-year-old sister.
Investigators say the children were killed in Monterey County before Huntsman and Curiel went on a bizarre road trip that sent them north to Redding and then Plumas County where they were arrested in early December.
There’s no word on how long Huntsman has been pregnant or who the father is.
