Very dry, and hotter conditions will leave the north state with moderate fire danger through your weekend forecast. Temperatures will climb back into the mid to high 80's for the valley, and into the mid 70's to low 80's for the mountains this afternoon. Humidity values are expected to drop back down to around 20% over the next few afternoons. Winds will be light today, but gusts out of the North up to around 20mph are projected for Sunday.
Fire danger will finally drop into the low range by Tuesday, as cooler temperatures, and the chance for showers return to the region.
