Fire danger will stay in the moderate range today, as mild weather persists across the north state. Temperatures will stay below average, and will only be climbing into the high 80's to mid 90's for the valley, and low 80's to low 90's in the mountains. Humidity levels will fall to around 40%, leaving the region with a decent amount of moisture in the atmosphere. Winds will also not be in the dangerous range, and are only expected to climb up to around 10mph out of the South.
The mild conditions will keep fire danger in the moderate range through your weekend, but a slight increase in fire danger is ahead for next week.
