Ashland police say the missing Oregon teenager, whose car was found in Siskiyou County early Monday morning, could be in the Redding area.

On Tuesday Redding police received a tip that 17-year-old Hannah Thomas-Garner was seen at the Win River Mini-Mart around 7 a.m. Surveillance video showed a girl matching Hannah's description exiting the store, and Hannah's step father told investigators he believed the video to be of Hannah.

Police say Thomas-Garner had planned to run away with two other teenage girls. Another one of the girls, 16-year-old Sylvia Davis was reported as a runaway Tuesday morning.

Investigators are asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Hannah or Sylvia to contact local law enforcement.
