Slightly cooler temperatures, and hazy skies are ahead for your Friday Farmcast. Light winds out of the North have allowed more smoke to settle into the northern end of the valley overnight. Temperatures in the valley have dipped into the low to mid 60's overnight, and are projected to climb into the low to mid 90's this afternoon. Wind will be light in the morning, but will be up to 10mph out of the Southeast this afternoon. The South winds should help air quality this afternoon. Humidity values will fall to around 20 to 25 percent late in the day. Your sunrise is set for 6:24am, and sunset will be at 7:55pm.
There will not be much of a change ahead for your extended forecast. Temperatures will stay within a 2 to 3 degree range of this afternoon through the middle of next week. Not many clouds are expected to track through the region, but hazy skies will continue to impact the north state.
