Mild temperatures, and hazy skies are ahead for your Monday forecast. Temperatures are starting out in the mid 60's for the valley this morning, and mountain areas have dipped into the high 40's to high 50's overnight. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the 92 to 97 degree range this afternoon, and mountain areas will end up tin the mid 80's to low 90's later today. Skies will start out hazy, but conditions will improve as winds pick up out of the Southeast this afternoon. Humidity values will fall to around 15 to 25 percent this afternoon. The hot and dry weather will continue to leave the region with moderate to high fire danger over the next couple of days.
Temperatures are not expected to change much over the next 4 days, but a nice cool down will arrive for the end of the week. There will be a chance for some sprinkled late in the day on Wednesday, but the more impressive chance for precipitation will hold off until Friday. Models are currently conflicting on if showers will return on Friday or Saturday. The chance for showers will last through the start of next week. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend, and has a marvelous Monday!
