Partly to mostly cloudy skies, light South winds, and mostly mild conditions are expected for your Wednesday. There will be a slight chance for light precipitation along the coast, and a 30 percent chance of some light showers in the Northern Mountains this afternoon. The rest of the region is expected to stay partly to mostly cloudy, and dry. Winds will be out of the South to around 10mph. Temperatures are starting out in the high 40's to mid 50's in the valley this morning, and in the high 20's to low 40's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the high 50's to low 60's in the valley, and into the mid 40's to low 50's in the mountains.
Cloudy and mostly dry conditions are expected to persist through your Thursday forecast, with a chance of showers returning late Thursday night. There will not be much of a change in conditions from Wednesday to Thursday, but a major shift is expected for Friday. Heavy rain and snow, along with strong South winds will be ahead for your Friday forecast. Snow levels will start out at around 6000' but could drop to as low as 4500' by Friday night. Lighter showers will linger across the region on Saturday, before dry weather returns on Saturday night. Sunday looks cloudy, but dry. I hope everyone enjoys the break from the wet weather across the region today, and has a wonderful Wednesday!
