MEXICO CITY (AP) - Authorities in the northern Mexican state of San Luis Potosi say they have arrested a Roman Catholic priest on charges of sexual abuse of a minor.
State investigative police say Friday's arrest of Guillermo Gil Torres was based on a complaint from the victim's grandmother.
Police say the grandmother said the incidents started in November, when the priest invited the boy to look at photographs and started rubbing his legs.
Gil Torres was pastor of Santa Rosa de Lima church in the capital city, also called San Luis Potosi.
Earlier this week, a judge in the same state ordered the arrest of now-suspended Roman Catholic priest Eduardo Cordova, also accused of sexually abusing minors.
Cordova had recently served as the archdiocese's legal representative. He is considered a fugitive.
