Monday is the first day back to school for many kids around the North State. It'll be a seasonable day with highs in the 90s and plenty of sunshine. Areas in Siskiyou and Trinity Counties could see a few scattered showers and storms.
Temperatures will slowly cool down throughout the week. The mountains will see a chance for some scattered showers and storms.
