Mark Johnston lost $500,000 Super Bowl weekend last year at a Las Vegas casino. Now he's suing for more than $1 million plus attorney fees from the casino.

Johnston, of Los Angeles, admits he had plenty of drinks before stepping foot into the Downtown Grand casino.

"They served me all the drinks; they should have cut me off," said Johnston, who borrowed and lost $500,000.

Johnston says the Downtown Grand broke Nevada gaming regulations by letting him gamble while he was drunk.

"At some point, that's my responsibility, but the unfortunate part about it for them is, they have a more bigger responsibility than I do," Johnston said.
