A man who just moved to Redding has had his car stolen twice in four days and police are asking for help identifying the suspected thief.

The victim, whose name is being withheld due to an ongoing identity theft investigation, was in the process of moving into his new home on Timbercreek Drive just after midnight on Saturday Sept. 5 when his car was stolen.

The car was found abandoned in front of Enterprise Park that afternoon, but the man’s wallet, keys and other valuables were still missing.

On Wednesday September 9 the man’s car was stolen for a second time when it was parked in front of Shasta Regional Medical Center, and as of today it is still missing.

The car is a 2013 Nissan Sentra, 4 doors, red in color, license plate number 6ZHC422, and the man pictured above is a surveillance image of a man using the victim’s credit card at the Walmart on Dana Drive.
