A man is under arrest involved in a New York road rage incident caught on camera. 28-Year-Old Christopher Cruz was charged with reckless endangerment and other charges. A group of motorcycle riders assaulted a driver in front of his wife and young daughter. The incident was all caught on camera and posted on YouTube. Police say the driver of the SUV, who was in the car with his wife and infant daughter, claims the bikers were too close to him and he accidentally ran over one of them. They also say his tires were slashed when he stopped the first time. The 33 year-old driver then panicked and plows over 3 bikers. Police say one motorcyclist suffered a broken leg. The enraged bikers continued to follow the SUV. At one point, one of the bikers tries to pull the driver out of his range rover, while his wife and infant daughter watch. Once they were off the highway, the bikers go at it again, this time using their helmets to strike the vehicle. Police say after the 6 minute video stops, the driver is pulled out of his car and beaten. The driver of the SUV was treated and released from the hospital. Police say they have not made any arrests and say they are reviewing surveillance video to try to identify those involved.
