Red Bluff police got a call for a domestic dispute at a home on Sandy Way around 1 p.m. yesterday afternoon. When officers arrived on scene the suspect took off in a silver sedan with the two victims, a 21 year-old woman and a 3 year-old boy. Police say the suspect, identified as Ryan Faulconer, 23, of Red Bluff, failed to stop when officers tried to pull him over and led them on a chase along northbound I-5. During the pursuit, Faulconer reportedly exceeded speeds of 100 miles per hour and even drove the wrong way on the freeway at times. He eventually stopped his car on Main Street near Hess Road where he was taken into custody. Police say one of the victims suffered moderate injuries from domestic abuse. Faulconer was booked into the Tehama County Jail for kidnapping, child endangerment, domestic violence and several other charges.
