Mail-in ballots still outstanding in Butte County

The Butte County clerk is reminding residents to turn in their mail-in ballots by 8 p.m. November 4.

Butte County Clerk-Recorder Candace Grubbs says the county elections division has issued more than 74,000 mail-in ballots, but only 29 percent of those ballots have been returned.

Grubbs, urges voters to drop off their ballot at the Butte County Elections Office or at any polling place location by 8 p.m. on election day.
