Love triangle leads to high speed chase

A love triangle kicks off a high speed chase at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour through the town of Paradise this morning. The incident started just before midnight in the 72-hundred block of Clark Road.. a woman reported her current boyfriend and her ex-boyfriend got into a fight and when police arrived the ex-boyfriend identified as 23-year old Kyle Mokler, who had warrants out for his arrest, fled in his gold Honda sedan.
Police say he was driving recklessly, crossing over double yellow lines and not stopping at intersections. Police say he speeds reached in excess of 70 miles an hour and about 100 miles an hour near the south Paradise Town limits on Pentz Road.

Mokler's vehicle came to an abrupt stop when he his some large rocks at Pentz Road and Safari Lane. He jumped out of the vehicle and was eventually taken into custody in a backyard. Mokler was charged with the two outstanding arrest warrants, felony fleeing, evasion, resisting arrest and driving on a suspended license.
