Los Molinos bank robber at large

Tehama County Sheriff's Deputies are searching for a suspect who robbed the Umpqua Bank on Highway 99 in Los Molinos Thursday morning.

The robbery was reported around 10:45 a.m. and the suspect reportedly fled westbound on foot. The bank was placed under lockdown.

According to the Tehama County Sheriff's Office the suspect is white male between the ages of 30-40, about 6'2" with a medium build and weighs approximately 200 lbs.

The suspect had short "dark" hair, but during the robbery he was wearing a black baseball cap and a white mask over his face.

The Tehama County Sheriff's Office and the FBI are conducting a joint investigation. Anyone having information about this case should contact the Tehama County Sheriff's Office at (530) 529-7920
