Mostly cloudy skies, and the potential for light showers are ahead for the valley in your Wednesday Farmcast. Temperatures are much warmer than 24 hours ago with valley areas only falling into the mid 40's overnight. High temperatures are expected to climb into the mid to high 50's in the valley this afternoon. Valley areas have seen a couple hundredths of an inch of rain overnight, and light and scattered showers will be possible through the afternoon. Winds will be out of the North to 10mph this afternoon, and humidity values will only fall to around 60 to 70 percent. Your Wednesday morning sunrise is set for 7:10am, and sunset will be at 4:43pm.
Big changes arrive in the region for your Thursday. Widespread showers will be ahead for the entire north state by Thursday afternoon, and winds will be a big factor. Valley areas will have winds out of the South from 20 to 30mph, with gusts up to around 45mph. Showers and winds will diminish early Friday morning and dry conditions will be ahead for most of Friday, and all of Saturday. The next wave of wet weather arrives in the region on Sunday, and will last through Monday.
