St. Patrick's Day was a lucky one for Redding's famous avian couple, Liberty and Spirit.

The bald eagles' second of three eggs hatched around 6:05 p.m. Tuesday, two days after the first eaglet popped out. You can watch the moment unfold, here.

The Friends of the Redding Eagles posted the happy news on their Facebook page.

The first eaglet hatched just after 10:00 a.m. Monday.

The last time Liberty had a successful breeding season was in 2012.

One unhatched egg remains in the nest, which should hatch within the next couple days.
