Lake Oroville continues to rise, slowly but surely.
This video was take Monday afternoon as the lake is closing in on the 90 percent of capacity mark and has been rising a little less than a foot-a-day during the past week.
As of Sunday, the lake level was at 870 feet.
Meantime, dam operators continue to spill water over the spillway to make room for all of the runoff flowing into the lake, much of it from Sierra snowpack.
