The Chico Eagles Club Auxiliary is hosting a "Ladies' Memory Tea" to benefit the Alzheimer's Association.
It's part of the group's ongoing fundraising efforts ahead of the Walk to End Alzheimer's October 11th, in Chico.
The Tea takes place Sunday, September 14th from 1-3 p.m. at the Eagle's Club, 1940 Mulberry Street, in Chico. It will feature tea and crumpets, music by local vocalist Holly Taylor, and a Crazy Hat Contest. The cost is $8. Tickets can be purchased at the door. The Walk to End Alzheimber's will take place at Sycamore Field in Chico on Saturday, October 11th. Teams are being sought now to take part. Check in is at 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins at 10 a.m.
