WASHINGTON (AP) - According to Secretary of State John Kerry, the evidence of a large-scale chemical weapons attack in Syria is "undeniable."
U.S. officials have said there's very little doubt that the attack was carried out by the Syrian government. Kerry told reporters that there must be "consequences" for the attack. The United States and allies in Europe appear to be laying the groundwork for the most aggressive response since Syria's civil war began more than two years ago.
