ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel took over in the fourth quarter against the Buffalo Bills after starter Brian Hoyer threw his second interception.

And promptly led his team to a touchdown.

Manziel entered with 12:01 left in the fourth quarter, and Cleveland trailing 20-3. Manziel then capped an eight-play, 80-yard drive with a 10-yard touchdown run.

He came in after Hoyer was intercepted by Da'Norris Searcy and Buffalo's Dan Carpenter hit a 34-yard field goal.

It was his first appearance Week 3, when he had a few plays in a 23-21 loss to Baltimore. Manziel ran for 3 yards on the first play from scrimmage. He then completed his first NFL pass on the next play, a 12-yard completion to Miles Austin.

He went 3 for 4 for 54 yards on the drive.
