Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, will bid farewell to the cabinet post she has held for more than 4 years. She is scheduled to deliver farewell remarks at the National Press Club at 10am Tuesday morning. Napolitano leaves the office with her efforts on illegal immigration and border security still incomplete. President Obama has praised Napolitano's work on the issue. She next heads to the west coast, where she will become the 20th president of the University of California system. Her new appointment marks the first time a female has held that position in the UC system's 145 year history.
