Chico American Legion Baseball holding their annual Spring Fever Fundraiser today, with former big league first baseman J.T. Snow on hand. Snow spoke and answered questions with a group of more than fifty people at La Hacienda Restaurant in Chico Friday afternoon. Meanwhile he was set to spend Friday evening at the Chico Elk's Lodge in another fundraising effort.
Snow spent more than a decade in the big leagues splitting time with the Yankees, Angels and Red Sox, but spent most of hist time with the Giants. He was a .268 career hitter and was an excellent defensive player at first base, where he won six gold gloves. For more information, watch the video.
