The identity of the man killed Friday in a traffic collision in Glenn County has been released.
The Glenn County Sheriff’s Office said Monday morning that 40-year-old Armin Trevor Latham of Willows was the driver of the 2002 Lexus that crashed into an oncoming bread truck.
The accident happened about 1 p.m. Friday on County Road 32 in Ord Bend.
California Highway Patrol said Latham was driving around 65 mph, when he swerved into the truck.
Latham was pronounced dead at the scene. His wife, Anastacia, 30, and 1-year-old son, Rodrick, were passengers in the car, according to the CHP.
Anastacia and the child were flown to Enloe Medical Center for treatment.
The child suffered minor injuries while Anastacia suffered major injuries.
The driver of the bread truck, 33-year-old Cameron Alarcon of Chico suffered moderate injuries and was also transported to Enloe.
An official cause of death has not yet been determined, pending the results of an autopsy.
