Hotter Temperatures, and Stronger Winds Today

Sunny skies, stronger winds, and hotter temperatures are ahead in your Thursday forecast.

Temperatures will climb into the low to mid 90's for the valley today, and mid 80's to low 90's in the mountains. Winds are expected to pick up, and gust to around 25mph out of the north in the valley. Sustained winds will top out at around 15mph out of the north for the entire region.

Humidity levels will also see a big dip from what we had earlier this week. All 3 of those factors will significantly increase the fire danger in the north state.

Temperatures will continue to climb into the weekend, with mid 90's to triple digit heat expected for the valley. I hope everyone has a great Thursday!
